The Bruins are thinking about third spot in the Sherwood Conference, but in order to get there they need to create some gap between them and the Millionaires.
The Bruins lead the Mils by 6 points for 4th spot in the Sherwood, but Melville holds 2 games in hand on the Bruins.
The Bruins do hold the season series edge on the Millionaires having won 4 of the first 5 games this season. The last time these 2 teams met each other was at the SJHL showcase in Weyburn when the Bruins beat the Mils 4-3 in a shootout.
Since then the Bruins have added 20 year old Jonathan Ceci, while the Mils unloaded their Captain Brayden Metz and 20 year old Cody Hanson.
But even with their moves at the deadline the Millionaires are a confident bunch who think they can make a run at the Bruins for 4th spot.
The Bruins head into tonight's game 5 points back of Weyburn, who are idle tonight.
