Olson Named Player of the Week

An Estevan Bruin player claimed the first Player of the Week in 2012 in the SJHL.

Cole Olson was named this week's Player of the Week. Olson had a goal and three assists in the two games against the Weyburn Red Wings. Olson also scored the first goal for the Bruins in 2012 with his goal in Sunday's victory over the Red Wings. Olson has 44 points in 41 games this season.

Olson joins his line mates Dylan Smith and Calder Neufeld as Bruin players who have won the Player of Week Awards.

A couple of Bruins got honorable mentions for players of the month, Dylan Smith was a runner up for Player of the Month while Taylor Reich was a runner up for Rookie of the Month.
